Accessorize it up!
My mom always says keep warm by covering your head, neck, chest and feet--and the best way to do this is with accessories. You can never go wrong with the right accessories. Try adding accessories such as a beanie, scarf, vest, knee-high socks or tights, to make your outfit more weather appropriate.
Bare it all!
...well, not all...just those sweaters and cardigans that are usually hidden underneath a jacket or coat--it's time to let them take center stage! The Early Fall weather is just cool enough to be able to pull them off without breaking a sweat and just warm enough to not need to add jacket to it.
It's that time of the year again when the green leaves start to turn red-yellow-brown...when the first signs of ice crystals start to appear on the windshield of your car...and we all ask ourselves, "where did the summer go?"
The "Early Fall" season is here! Early Fall because though the mornings are brisk, it eventually warms up to a summery feel by 3pm. And it goes without saying that 50 something degree weather and 70/80 degree weather differ in clothing by some degrees of thickness.
If you're [like me] not ready to ditch those fun, bright, skin-bearing clothes for the serious colors of Fall, here are four tips on how to merge your summer and fall clothing items to create an Early Fall wardrobe:
You don't have to put your sun dresses, maxis and summery tops away just yet! Rather, bring out your light jackets and cardigans and switch them up a little. You can simply add a leather or denim [2 prominent trends this season] jacket and not only will you be warm, but you'll also be on trend. And as the day progresses and the weather changes, you can pull your sleeves up or peel the layers off, as needed.
With these tips, you'll be Early Fall ready!!!
