Wearing white after Labor Day because I can, and I’m kinda getting into it...
I have never intentionally stayed away from white, and I don’t hate it, but I got to a point where I could hardly find white in my closet. I don’t know...maybe I just overlook white when I’m shopping or hardly run into white items that appeal to me. I have started making a conscious effort to get some white in my wardrobe because...it’s kind of a big deal, you know, being a wardrobe staple and all.
But unlike black, it apparently takes a lot to please me if a clothing item is white. I tend to like my whites in classics--white shirts, white tanks, white tees, and hardly venture beyond that. And I guess this is no different as LWDs (little white dresses) are another classic.
Wearing white, especially fitted, can be a little tricky if you’re worried about looking unflattering. A quick tip with wearing a fitted white dress Iike this is pulling the attention away from the areas you don’t want the attention on; like a cape.
This dress was from Boohoo but it is no longer available so here’s a mini option from ASOS for $64 and another from Lulus for $64.
