My eating hasn't been consistent this year and even though I generally maintain a pretty balanced diet, I have allowed myself to indulge a lot more than I should, and now my system is all out of whack. Another weekend gone... Feel like you fell off the wagon?
I sure did. Mine wasn't so much a "fall" as it was a gradual descent. I set out on Saturday to satisfy a sugar craving with some homemade crêpes & nutella, strawberries and whipped cream. But then, come Sunday, I didn't want the leftovers to go to waste so I had some more... And a beef patty & coco bread, and fries & an omelette. I can tell my system is out of whack.
